How can I start with OiaPay?
You can start in two ways: 1) Click "Join Us" to activate with our sales team for live payments, or 2) Explore the Dashboard in sandbox mode to test payments and APIs without any sales interaction required.
Can I activate my account before my website is ready?
Yes! You don't need a fully launched website to start. However, before enabling live payments, we need to review basic business details like what you sell, pricing/refund policies, and contact information to ensure compliance.
How secure are payments processed through OiaPay?
Moyasar is PCI-DSS compliant and follows SAMA regulations. All transactions are encrypted and processed through secure channels. We use 3D Secure authentication for added protection on credit card transactions.
How long does it take to refund a payment?
Mada cards: 24 hours to 3 business days. Credit cards: 7 to 14 business days. Weekends are not included in processing time. You can process refunds instantly from your dashboard.
